Because of His crown, we can have ours.

“Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.”

James 1:12

Please tell me...

...that I'm not the only mom who loses gobs of hair 3 months postpartum. This happened with William and I blamed my PPD for the gawd-awful (for lack of a better expression) hormonal imbalance. Well, my PPD is well under control and now it's happened again with Madelyn. I dread washing my hair each morning because I have handfuls of hair being washed down the drain! I know it will grow back (it did take about a year though to fully have my hair back to normal), but it is driving me crazy! I hate the feeling of loose hairs all over you...not to mention I am super self-conscious that someone might notice that my usually thick hair is becoming thinner by the day. So, please, tell me that I'm not alone in this bazaar aftermath of childbirth!

  1. girl, you are not alone! after i had b&b i thought i was going to be bald and this was months afterwards. it's starting to grow back now and it looks like i cut bangs and the underneath part of my hair is super frizzy...great! so just know, you are not alone!!

  2. Oh thank Heavens!!!!! Thanks a bunch for sharing :)

  3. i also went through that as well... it was NOT fun!! especially when my husband was yelling at me because the drain in the shower was stopped up with 3 foot long hair! LOL oops! :o) guess i will be looking to do that all over again with baby 2.

  4. I loose it like crazy! Its horrid!
